Support ForumIssues With <em>

When I use <em> text appears above the line from other text. Examples can found in this blog post: http://analoghousou.com/2017/02/28/kizumonogatari-iii-the-final-battle/
I have circumvented this by using <i> in some cases but given <em> is the default I would like to fix this.
