For some reason, when I try to use the “Add Media” for this plugin, nothing happens. The Add Media wizard does not open. The Add Media wizard works 100% in other plugins.
For the record – this is the base “Insert Media” button at the top of the editor.

Welcome to our forum. we already solved this issues in pro version. can you please explain which version you install . it better for us to assist you.

Hi! Thank you for your response!
Yes, this is the paid full version. We recently (Tuesday of this week) purchased it, downloaded and installed it, however are experiencing the symptoms above.
The version reported by WordPress, and available for us to download is 1.5

It’s currently an internal site in our organization. It hasn’t gone live or external yet. Is there any offline suggestions you can provide?
