I recently updated the team showcase plugin and none of the team members are showing. I saw another post that suggested deleting the plugin and then installing the 1.0 version, and I am still seeing the same issue. Where is the team member data stored? I may be able to get the old files from a backup? Thanks  -Eric

I have experienced the exact same issue. I too have tried to revert to the original v1.0 but don’t see any of the original team members. 
Have sent a contact directly but have not had a response as yet. I have a pretty agitated customer wanting a resolution and answers.

I have this problem upgrading from 1.3.7 to 1.4

Thanks for contact with us. which version you upgrade free or premium version. if you purchase this plugin at Themeforest, please download your purchase file and install it again. it’s nor our plugin issues. This is a namespace issue related to the way WordPress looks for updates.
