Social Settings

The Social Icon Settings panel allows you to customize the appearance and behavior of social media icons.

1. Show/Hide Social Icon

  • Enable or disable the display of social icons on your website.
  • Options:
    • Show: Displays the social icons.
    • Hide: Hides the social icons from the front end.

2. Icon Style

  • Choose the visual style for your social icons. Different styles may include rounded, or square, depending on the available design options.

3. Icon Color Style

  • Customize the overall color scheme of social icons. This setting may provide predefined color themes or allow custom color selections.

4. Icon Font Size

  • Adjust the font size of the social icons. A larger font size makes icons more prominent, while a smaller size keeps them subtle.

5. Icon Color

  • Select the default color for the social icons.
  • Click on the “Select Color” button to choose a custom color.

6. Icon Background Color

  • Set a background color for the social icons.
  • This setting allows you to add contrast between the icons and the website’s background.
  • Click on the “Select Color” button to pick a custom background color.

7. Icon Hover Color

  • Choose the color that appears when users hover over the social icons.
  • This enhances the visual interactivity of the icons.
  • Click on the “Select Color” button to define the hover color.

8. Icon Hover Background Color

  • Set the background color of social icons when hovered over.
  • Helps to highlight the icons when users interact with them.
  • Click on the “Select Color” button to pick a hover background color.

9. Open Social Link

  • Select how social media links will open when users click on them.
  • Options:
    • Same Page: Opens the link in the same browser tab.
    • New Page: Opens the link in a new browser tab, keeping the current page open.

10. Add rel=”nofollow” to Social Links

  • Adds the rel="nofollow" attribute to social media links.
  • Why Use This?
    • Helps prevent search engines from passing link authority to external social media pages.
    • Useful for SEO and preventing unnecessary outbound link influence.
